As all of our products are digital, all sales are final. If you have any questions about the files, please reach out to us before completing your purchase. Should you experience any issues with downloading or opening your files, contact our support team, and we’ll gladly assist in resolving the problem.
Unzipping Issues
If you encounter any problems downloading or unzipping your product, please contact our Support Team immediately. Claims regarding these issues must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we will consider the product successfully delivered, and no refund claims for download issues will be accepted.
Major Defects
While our products are thoroughly tested before release, occasional errors may still occur. If you find a defect, contact our Support Team right away. We reserve the right to correct the issue.
